All purchases done from Shubhchintak Events are non-refundable unless specified explicitly. This includes all purchases by end customer like makeup servers, e-invites etc. by vendors and businesses.

However, if customer books a vendor after finding it from Shubhchintak Events, then the vendor’s Refund and Cancellation Policy will apply. Please check the policy with vendors before booking them.

Shubhchintak Events reserves the right to take actions on user accounts, including cancellation or suspension, in cases of misuse or violation of the platform's terms of use. The outlined reasons for taking action include unlawful activity, harm to property, or infringement upon the rights of others.

These actions are triggered when Shubhchintak Events acquire actual knowledge of a user's activity or stored information that violates the law or adversely affects others' rights or property.
